I had a wonderful experience at Candeo Hotel Utsunomiya! The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the JR Utsunomiya station and surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops. My room was spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean.

Check-in process could be smoother.

The reception staff lacked initiative in offering any real recommendations!!! I also found the self-service check-in experience underwhelming since I paid the rate for two guests, yet stayed solo.

Amazing spa vibes!

The sky spa was the real deal—enjoying a soak with a city view is something I'll never forget. Morning breakfasts were total winners, too, with lots of yummy choices. Just wished the check-in took a bit less time, felt like I waited forever. But overall, a cool spot in the city!
